I believe the General Public and the employees should be informed of what the candidate will do when elected. That is why I have developed a management plan to implement in my first 100 days.

I have worked in all 88 Recorders offices located in the State of Ohio along with many records offices in Florida and Virginia.

My college background in Criminal Justice gives me the knowledge to be able to create a plan to protect our documents from those who may use them for illegal activity.

I will be setting up a none certified sub file system as a courtesy, which would help the general public and our business partners when looking for a restrictions or easements which may attach to their property. This will save time and money for the citizens, business and government agencies.

The 100 day plan should make the department work more cohesive and cost effective. Improve the outreach and knowledge of the staff to help the public.

I will not only be a Fulltime Recorder, but also a Fulltime Public Official, who will go out into the community and inform how their money is being spent.

I will bring integrity back to the Recorders Office and respect for the office.
